How likely are they to accept me back?

Basically I went to university last year (a Russel Group) to study law but after the first month, due to personal problems, transferred to a less intensive English course. Now I'm regretting my change and am thinking about going back to law. What are the chances of them letting me back? I just missed out on the grades to study law last year but they let me in due to my personal statement/work experience. This year I got 2 1sts and 3 "2:1's".
