Hi,
I'm going to be moving on to year 11 after Summer and I am really stuck on making my revision notes for English Literature and I have looked online quite a bit but nothing is really helping and I would very much appreciate it if you could share your revision notes or let me know of useful sites. I am studying The Merchant of Venice , Animal Farm and Frankenstein.
Thanks

I study Literature in College but some of the websites I find best for finding out background information and points to analyse are: Sparknotes, Grade Saver and Cliff notes. At GCSE my English teacher told us of a website called Shmoop which maybe helpful if you're looking for a more simplistic analysis. Also if you're looking for revision notes you could look here on the student room or on Goconqur to see other people's revision notes. If you need any help or have any questions don't hesitate to ask me!

That's fine! I hope the websites work for you and Looking through The Student Room I've found these learning resources but I don't know how relevant and helpful you will find them as obviously that's a subjective thing:
The Merchant of Venice
1. https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/g/r...hant_of_venice
2. https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/g/r...nt_of_venice_2
Animal Farm
There are a lot of learning resources available for this on the student room so here's the search results you can make your way through them to whatever is the most helpful:
https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/sea...ry=Animal+Farm
Frankenstein
Similar to Animal farm:
https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/sea...=+Frankenstein
All I did to get these results was searched the student room by typing in for example 'Frankenstein' and then on the left hand side there is a bar which says 'filter results'. Then just click on to 'learning resources'.
I hope this helps!
