What car did your mum/dad have when you were a kid?

When I was a kid , my dad had a Nissan Micra.

God.. I think when I was born up until I was about 2 my father had a Rover 75 (not Range/Land Rover, but just Rover)

This was back in 1998 so he must have bought it new
Nissan Almera .


Then again in Iran you don't really have much of the b r a n d n e w showshow cars lol.

My mum and dad had various cars.
A couple of ford escorts when i was younger. Also a vauxhall vectra, ford focus c-max, hyundai i30, etc. My dad had an vauxhall astra estate and a renault kangoo van to name a few.

My dad changed cars a lot so I can't remember all of them. But I do remember he had a VW Golf, then a Land Rover, then a VW Sharan which he kept until it died and by then I was no longer a kid.

First car I can remember my Mum having was a Ford Focus

Dad had several company cars from BMW's to Seats
Ford Escort - 1995, Ford Escort - 2001, Ford Escort - 2010, Ford Fiesta - present.
A Laguna (which my elder brother broke), and then a Renault (whose windows couldn't be closed even in winter)
We couldn't afford a car. All my classmates' parents had one. My dad used to give me piggyback rides to school to cheer me up.

Finally have a well paid graduate job so I can repay him for everything he did to keep me and my brother happy. :smile:

Volvo 360 then a couple of Vauxhall Cavaliers. Then a Rover 75, which I have since taken over.
My dad had a bright yellow Lotus Esprit when I was born. He traded in the Esprit and an Astra, plus cash, for a Ford Orion.

I still haven't forgiven him.

A4 and other Audis, Land/Range Rovers and a Jeep Cherokee once.

Actually, I'm not sure if we had other Audis: in my memories I remember that one was big, but perhaps as a child the A4 looked bigger than what it actually was.
My Dad had a big Volvo estate and my Mum had a tiny Fiat.
