UCL clubs/societies

even tho you dont enrol until the 28th, i think you still have to be there on the 27th - departments have induction sessions, and the fayre begins

im a bit confused - ive been sent a timetable for the 27th by the geog department, but havent heard anything from the econ people. therefore, i am unsure what the hell to do on the monday.
anyway, i think that all subjects run an induction course on the monday starting at 10 am, that includes:
- departmental registration
- faculty introduction
- computer regestration etc
then, at 2 pm, the freshers fayre begins where students can sign up to societies etc.

my college regestration then takes place on the tuesday in the cloisters

I was sent a letter from the law faculty saying "the registrar will contact you by telephone shortly" regarding enrolment

Will do. Have you been sent reading lists etc? also, what building is your faculty located in? im in Bentham house.

- no reading lists (will get told what to read when we arrive i think)
- well since im doing Econ & Geog, i will be located in two departments (the geog dept is 26 bedford way, but i dont know where the econ dept is)

we'll have to meet up when we get there

do you know anyone else going to ucl? i know absolutely no-one

I have one friend from college whos doing Urban Studies, but apart from you and Angel i havent spoken to any fellow prospective UCL students. Have you been on UCLs own debate forum on the website?
