why has only just one female reached 12 gems???

There is like 7 guys who have "reached the summit" ...but just 1 girl

why do you think this is?

males spend more time posting on TSR and females actually have lives?
Males make better posts than females?
males make funnier posts than females so get repped more?
A gender rep "gap" is present? people are willing to rep more if the user is male?

or perhaps some sort of conspiracy theory where male accounts get a 20% secret rep bonus....

LOL.
It's that the majority of forum and Internet users in general are male, I guess. Nothing to do with inequality that specifically relates to this forum, which I don't see happening here.

I'd say the gender ratio's on TSR are pretty good.
