Passport interview

Hi! i very recently had my passport interview and I know how much I was scrambling online to see if I could find some help with what they ask. The interview is not scary, mine felt more like a friendly conversation. The person asks questions (mine was over video link) in a way where you feel you can reply naturally!! As I am a student the questions were changed a bit to fit my age. Here are some of the things i was asked, however these are not in order:

1.

Is the connection okay?

2.

What is the weather like?

3.

How has the weather been lately?

4.

How did you get here?

5.

How long did it take?

6.

Are you at school/working?

7.

What subjects did you do last year?

8.

What subjects are you doing this year?

9.

10.

11.

Names?

12.

How many siblings do you have?

13.

Where were your parents born?

14.

Their DOBs?

15.

Their full names?

16.

Do your parents work? If so, what?

17.

Why do you require a passport?

18.

Can you sign a signature in the box?

19.

Who signed your countersignature?

20.

What is their profession?

21.

How long have you known them?

22.

Who are you going on holiday with?

23.

Do they all have their passports?

24.

Are you ready for your holiday?

25.

Where were you born?

26.

Where did you live before?

27.

Can you remember the street name? (I was young and so the lady understood that I didn't remember)

28.

How long have you lived where you currently live?

29.

Are you waiting to receive exam results?

30.

What levels were you sitting?

31.

What levels are you going to be sitting?

32.

33.

Is there anywhere to buy clothes where you live? Where?

34.

What supermarkets are near you? (Asda, Tesco etc)

35.

Who do you bank with?

36.

How did you pay for the passport?

37.

What documents did you send with your form?

38.

Are you in walking distance of the places you most regularly attend? (school, work etc.)

I'm sure there were others but that is what I remember being asked. The next morning I received a text saying to expect my passport in a few working days, and that supporting documents would arrive separately. Hope this helps, don't be nervous!
