Providing supporting information

I am currently applying for student finance for my final year of university and need my parents financial information to support the application.

When my mother logs in to her SFE account the link to support the application doesnt work, it asks for information for tax year 2012/2013 to support my application for academic year 2014/15 which is incorrect since I am applying for the new academic year 2017/18. My father did not have this issue and has already completed his section of the application but it is not allowing my mother to provide her information.

Can this be fixed? And if not will my student finance entitlement be less as a result?

If your mum is unable to support your application online what she can do is download and complete paper version of the application called PFF2 form with her 2015/16 financial details, or she can get in contact with one of our advisers who can access the account to check why she can't support application online.
