How much charity should I give as a student with no job?

Whatever you can afford inshAllah.

Great advice to sisters (can apply to brothers too before feminists get triggered)

Give how much you are able to with good intention, the amount shouldn't matter.

Whatever is in your means. Just have the right intention and be consistant, the Prophet(saw) said:

أحب الأعمال إلى الله أدومها وإن قل

The most beloved actions to Allah are those done consistantly, even if they may be small.

Good share, jzk. it is hard to believe but a lot of people don't know about this and pray for many years without having performed the fards of ghusl rendering their salah invalid (and maybe even rejected but that is upto Allah).

p.s Fun fact: if anyone is following the hanafi madhab - niyyah isn't a fard of ghusl or wudu , however, without Niyyah there is no Thawaab
(reward) although the Ghusl will be valid.

wa alaykum asalam :h:

It's obligied for both men (shave the hair) and women to cut/ trim it whether it's long or short. It is "mustahab" for a woman to cut her hair from the bottom at the same length of her fingertip too but if she wants to cut less it's fine. If a woman has braids then she should cut a little from the end of each one.

Hope that helped

You don't have to cut it before. It's only stated to do it during hajj.
Allah knows best.
All the best to those receiving results tomorrow. Just remember whatever happens is for the best, and as part of being Muslim we must have full trust in Allah's plan for us.

Umar Ibn Al-Khattaab is reported to have said:

“No amount of guilt can change the past, and no amount of worrying can change the future. Go easy on yourself, for the outcome of all affairs is determined by Allaah’s decree.

If something is meant to go elsewhere, it will never come your way, but if it is yours by destiny, from it you cannot flee.”
