Help please :(

Hello,

Basically I'll cut straight to the point here. It's results day soon and I have had a crush on my history teacher for a long ass time. She's the only teacher that's ever helped me with anything throughout my secondary school life. She means an awful lot to me. I can just picture me and her together so perfectly. Whenever I think of her it's the same feeling I would get when in a relationship you know. I just really like her and I don't know what to do. Should I ask her for her number or something or is that too forward. I at least want to keep in contact with her.
Should I tell her my feelings?
Probably seems weird or at least illegal. But I'm in a right pickle here.

Keep your thoughts to yourself. You could get her into real trouble at work.
