I did components 12 and 22 for AS level and got 64 which is C. However in the threshold tables it says that the minimum raw mark for A is 64 for components 12/22. Component 12 is 40 marks and 22 is 60 which sum up to 100, so 64/100 is A accoding to the threshold tables. Can somebody explain that to me?
Yes those are the raw marks, 64/100 is an A or the 80th percentile.... Your grade of 64 is a percentile therefore you're raw mark should be around 51. You can check with your teachers at school, because they'll have the raw marks and scores you got for each paper.
