Changing Universities

So I've just made my conditons for Heriot watt uni and so am due to attend school on September 11th to study Economics and Accounting, but I've suddenly had a change of heart on the course I wanna study. I would now like to study Mathematics and Economics, but heriot watt does not offer this combination. Is there any way of switching to a new university this late during the year?
