I want to switch from higher to foundation French because I don't like French, Im not good at French and don't really care about it either. How much easier is foundation than higher gcse French.

It'll be easier.
I recommend using Quizlet and gradually learning vocab. Just search: GCSE French vocab list (exam board), e.g. GCSE French vocab list AQA.
There'll be lots of ones that come up and just learn different topics and the key vocab and keep repeating this. Aim to learn maybe 25 words every week and keep going back to it. Soon enough, you'll learn all the key vocab to tackle reading and listening papers. Make sure to do lots of past papers also to familiarize yourself with the types of questions they ask, and note down any vocab that you don't understand and search what it means.
