Why no funding or schoolarships for MBA (online) September 2017 at NTU ?

Hello Everybody, nice to meet you,
I am a perspective student, with a conditional offer,
I will start this september (2017) the online Master in Business Administration with Data Analytics (online taught)
I am an European Student (from Italy). The cost of the master is about £14.000 (17.000 euros)
I took a look to these pages:

But I really can't find nothing for courses this MBA that is going to start in September 2017. I've receive the conditional offer only yesterday (August 11, 2017) so Am I late to ask for a schoolarship ?

Is there anybody in my situation (MBA starting in september, EUROPEAN student ?)

Oh, such a situation, O hope to receive a discount/schoolarchip because 17.000 euro is a really big amount... :bawling:
