HiI sent my application for the student loan for my second undergraduate year 4 months ago but I haven't heard back from student finance yet, should I be worried? I am a continuing EU student.

I logged in but all I can see is that there are no scheduled payments for 2017-2018.

I received a letter from them by post, and therefore sent the application by post, I don't know if it makes a difference?
