If I don't get a 4 in English Language, I apparently have to resit the exam later on in Sixth Form.

Can I just not attend any lessons and do the exam and fail it without running into attendance laws or any other laws along those lines?

Btw, I really can't be ****ed with doing English again, I don't really give a **** if it gets me a better job.

Nope, you'll almost certainly end up getting kicked out or at least receiving some kind of penalty; fines, formal warnings etc.

If it's on the timetable, you've got to go to it unless you're told you don't have to, which really only applies to form/tutorial, and RE if you have compulsory sessions like I did.
I hated form so skipped it every day until I was told my mum would be fined, and that I could potentially face exclusion - the same will probs happen to you.

And you say you don't care if it'll get you a job now but trust me, down the line you'll realise how big of a mistake it was to have that attitude, in my opinion.
