Can I get into A-level with C's and D's in O-level?

I just got my results, it was very disappointing. I took Ict,Chemistry,Physics,Biology, & Environmental Management. Compulsory subjects are English and Math. So, I passed everything besides Ict and Math. Math I got a straight E and Ict a D. Evm and English a C but I am going to do a re test on EvM,Math and Ict in 2 months. But right I want to know if I can get into a good school to study A-level with these grades? My preferred country is Japan, my parents are fine with sending me to Japan as well, I plan on living there forever once my education is completed, preferably I can finish my studies in Japan.
Edit : I want to purse the subjects Bio,Physics,Ict and EvM since I don't like chem,english and math.

In the UK they usually require you to get a B in order to be allowed to sit at A level. I would say its going to be tough because a good school is likely to be competitive and so can demand above the minimum grades. If you find they will not get you into the a suitable school then simply resit them.
