Financial Evidence Confirmation Form 17/18

My mother has been sent a Financial Evidence Confirmation Form to send in evidence of income from 2015/16 support my application. It says on the form to enclose an online tax return and we were wondering if this meant the entire online tax return (which is 11 pages long), or the SA302 tax calculation instead.
Also, we are currently in Italy and were wondering if it's at all possible to scan and email this to SFE instead of sending by post.

We can't accept tax calculations so it would need to be a copy of all pages of your Mum's full finalised Self-Assessment Tax Return (SATR) for the 2015-2016 tax year.

We can only accept this to be sent to us through the post to the following address:-

We are currently taking 19 working days for processing financial evidence.
