what is better Economics , engineering or medicine

I am starting sixth form in September and want to know which career has the best prospects
I have heard that medicine is not a great career due to work life balance and amount of years needed to learn. is this true or false

So what I want to know is , what can give the best financial security/ for money , most rewarding, most enjoyable career, best overall prospects for example which gives you the most career progression.

Also which job will allow you to travel a few times a year but not constantly. also which will allow your branch of your own later on .

Definitely don't do medicine, then.
job security: medicine
best money/earnings:economics
most rewarding: subjective but medicine Imo
most enjoyable: again very subjective this is up to you, do you enjoy helping people or fixing engines and building stuff or doing whatever economists do.
career progression: economics and medicine both have good career progression I believe but medicine takes quite long idk about econ
travel: engineering or economics, definitely not medicine
