This is a year 12 thread because most people forget about us 🙁.

But we too have exam results, so how is everyone feeling.

Subject?
Exam boards?
Predicted grades?
Current Emotional status?
Dropping any if you could?
What's the next step?

Good luck everyone 😊

Subject? Maths and Further Maths AS and EPQ this year and I also take computer science

Exam boards? AQA for everything I did this year and OCR computer science

Predicted grades? AA in the subjects I did and A in EPQ (I'm predicted A*AA for A2)

Current Emotional status? Complete nervous wreck because I feel I messed up in further maths😩 Also don't even know if we get the EPQ result on results day not tbh so if anyone is any wiser than me let me know (finished my EPQ in about April and they were submitted then)

Dropping any if you could? Nope, I already dropped chemistry after taking it for the first term and deciding I didn't care for it and there wasn't much point

What's the next step? Really want to apply to Oxford hence why I'm a huge ball of stress because if I don't get AA this year there's literally no point.

Good luck to everyone❤️

Subject: Maths, further maths physics and chemistry
Exam boards: all AQA apart from chemistry which is OCR B
Predicted grades: AAAA
Current Emotional status: Doesn't look like it's going to happen tbh
Dropping any if you could: currently don't want to but maybe the results will make me change my mind
What's the next step: hopefully applying to Cambridge, Imperial and other London universities for physics. Natural Science at Cambridge though.

Current Emotional status? l o l i'm ******** it
Dropping any if you could? definitely wouldn't drop maths or FM - if i drop any it's physics lol

Subject? Maths, Politics and EPQ
Exam boards? OCR MEI for Maths and Edexcel for Politics
Predicted grades? We didn't get given official predicted grades, but I was hoping for an A in both and an A in EPQ
Current Emotional status? So upset with myself, screwed up one politics paper and left maths revision way too late, probably expecting 2 Cs or below
Dropping any if you could? I can't drop anything
What's the next step? If I get lower than 2 Cs, I'll retake year 12 (which sounds awful), if not I'm hoping to apply for history at uni next year. I was hoping to apply to KCL, Bristol and Durham but I think my predicted grades won't be good enough, so gonna have to start looking at other options
