In clearing I've had an offer for neuroscience with a preliminary year. I got a D in biology, would this make the degree a lot harder for me ?
If you struggle with biology yes but if you enjoy it no. You have to remember that uni level work is very different from A levels and if the uni has made you an offer you should be fine. Just make sure you ask for help when you need it.
It's likely that they'll be going over a lot of A Level content in first year to get everyone up to the same level. See on their website what the first year modules are so you have a better idea of what you'll be doing. You won't be the only one with a D in Biology either if they're in Clearing so you're not on your own. Well done for getting a place and good luck!
