3 A*s, 5 As, 5 Bs and a U in GCSEs good enough for oxford

Considering that I have 4 As at AS.
Wouldn't say Oxford, but maybe Cambridge provided your high school was under performing or you have a high average UMS at AS.
I got worse and got an interview at Oxford.
What do U think?

Perfectly possible.
oxford cares a lot about GCSEs however cambridge doesn't put as much emphasis on them so I think u have a better shot at Cambridge

I'm still doing my GCSEs so take everything i say with a pinch of salt, but from what I've gathered, your GCSEs don't matter to Universities as much as your A2 Predicted Grades, and your AS Grades, which in your case are very good. I can't see them Rejecting someone because of their GCSE Grades, considering that your general work ethic can change drastically over a year

UMS isnt the best for maths and further maths:
C1- 93
C2- 93
D1- 62

FP1- 68
S1- 94
S2- 86

Im worried about the 2 Cs, but both still average out to As

Depends on the course... you have slightly better GCSE's than me but I am applying as my admissions test will have stronger weighting than GCSE's on my course.

Admissions test and interview are much more important...
