A lot will be. We can't tell you much more without knowing the university. Would this be for the same course or a different one? Did they reject you in this cycle? If you applied in this cycle, was rejected, and want to try again through clearing for the same course it's very unlikely you'll have any success, but if it's something you feel very strongly about it's only one phone call
