CPT 6 IPSO Chart Help Needed...Please?

Evening all,

I'm doing Computing on AQA, what a 'fun' subject it is too. Anyway, the analysis phase of my project is in for tomorrow and I haven't the foggiest about forging an IPSO chart - the teacher this year has prescribed a compleatly different method to the one last year...and last year the teach did it for the whole class so I have even less idea what to do now.

Anyway, I'm making a database in Access to work out Insurance Premiums using a wiggerdy Algorithm and all is well up apart from the IPSO chart - I don't need you to do it for me (though it'd be nice if somehow you could) but would it be possible for someone to show me an example?
