What happens if you get only 1 offer from your 5 choices?

Future Y13 student - I've never heard about this happening. Has this ever happened before? And what would happen, how would you make your firm and insurance choices?

Happened to me in year 13, you just have a firm choice and no insurance.

I only got one offer out of my 4 choices (I did medicine)

If you accept it's your firm choice and you don't have an insurance. All or nothing basically.

I got 1 offer for law last year because I did below average in my admissions test (LNAT). Well it turns out a few days ago I got A*A*A* and I will be reapplying to university after my gap year, hoping to receive more than 1 offer haha
