is it worth applying to the nhs stp after graduating?

after i hopefully graduate biomedical science i would like to apply to the nhs stp to become a clinical scientists in one of the life sciences, but is it worth it and is there a good employment rate?

What stage are you at now? Applying or at uni already? It's worth applying if that's what you want to do but it is competitive and climbing the ladder will be difficult as you will require further training and qualifications. @TraineeBMS knows more than I do :smile:
The STP is ridiculously competitive. Employability is high because they restrict places to match jobs available. Some specialisms have as low as 1 or 2 places nationally.
