IELTS fee - no bank account
Hi,
I have been informed that I should pay for IELTS test fee via bank account. The problem is that I don't own a bank account and I can't create one due to capital controls (I live in Greece). What should I do?

You should be able to go to a high street bank and get them to transfer the money for you. You will obviously have to hand over the fee in cash, and you will have to pay a fee and probably a commission. But it should be possible.
