Medicine with only AS biology

I have just achieved 4A's in my AS levels in chem bio maths Ict, and i am thinking of dropping biology. The medical schools i have looked at some only say they want chemistry or some want 2 from chem bio maths phys or some ask for bio only at AS. My question is for these medical schools will i be at a disadvantage without the full A2 even though they don't inexplicably say they want it?
Btw im with CCEA ni, so AS levels still contribute.

It may put you at a disadvantage to people who do 3 from science and maths (including A2 Biology). Though, it's not necessary to do it, so drop it if you don't want to continue it to A2.
