£85 ppw in a 4 person house on Belvoir Road, 5 minutes from DMU campus and right in the city centre. Near to the train station it is in an ideal location and is available from now. The room is spacious with a double bed and furnishings, bathroom and kitchen living room. There is a fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer and oven, wifi, etc. The deposit is £250.

All I did was type in Ded montfort uni on the student room search bar and some pages of flats vacancys came up. Try checking them out.
