Does any one know where I could get my brows threaded in the centre of Nottingham?

i haven't seen anywhere that does it,and if they do, they'll be expensive!
i remember getting my eyes and upper lip done for £5 in leeds (but in an asian shop)!
i would really like to find a place in notts that does that.

Hmm, have you contacted any hair dressers? Sometimes they do beauty treatments as well. Are you restricted to the centre?

they're expensive. it's like £7 to wax eyebrows off,so it'll be like £10 or more to thread!

I'm not restricted to the centre, it's just easier. I paid £10 for my last threading, which was well worth it, so I'm not too bothered about cost.

Why not go on Google and search for places near you? Or www.yell.com? There is a place called Touch Beauty that is easily accessible from town - you just need to get the 45 bus from outside Fopp.

Thanks. Touch Hair and Beauty also do semi-permanenet eyebrow makeup.

I've got my friend to look in Leicester to see if they do it any cheaper too.

Leicester has many many places where they do threading, if you're willing to do the extra bit of travelling. The price varies, but the standard price is around a fiver I'd say. I do know my friend goes to a lady who does eyebrow threading for a pound.

My beautician only charges £2 for eyebrows and £1 for upper lip, and she does a fantastic job.

I just asked a friend who said there's a place near Forest Road called Pride that does threading.

I don't have any more info on it, maybe you could find a telephone number on yell.com and enquire about prices.

Hey i know pride but its not on forest road, its on Berridge Road in Forest Fields. Have a look on their website :www.pridebeautyclinic.com. They have a map and info on which bus routes to take to get there. x

there's a stall in broadmarsh that have an introductory price of £6.50 or £7 once the offer is over, which isn't bad really. I've tried them and they're pretty good.

Pride charges £5 to have a reshape but then to have them maintained is £4, i havent tried the broadmash one but i dont trust anyone else to do them.

You could just get the red arrow to Derby. The Debenhams in the Westfield centre does it for £10. They're very good too.

hi, yes there is a great place on radford road hyson green opp asda on the tram route call Visage.
they do a fantastic job and only charge a fiver. the staff are so freindly and professional, and after so many visit you get a free treatment on the loyalty scheme :smile:
