Dear all,
I am currently looking for a replacement tenant for my single room at Tottenham Hale, North Lodge Unite Students. It has an ensuite bathroom and shared kitchen. I have it on a contract of 51 weeks, going at 149 pounds per week. It starts on 09 September 2017, and ends on 31 August 2018. Total for 51 weeks would be 7599 pounds. It is a very comfortable room with ample storage space.
It is a two-minute walk to Tottenham Hale tube station, and other shops such as Tk maxx, Maplin, Poundland, Lidl supermarket, Burger King and KFC. About 15 minutes by tube to zone 1. It is an excellent location.
