Changing my student finance university and course

I am trying to change my student finance university from Loughborough to Northumbria and I am having a problem. I enter Northumbria as my university and put in my course which is History and Politics. Then it asks what year my finance will be for, I want to select first year, but it says that the year I have selected is not available. How do I get around this, because its really important that I get my finance sorted soon?
