I am planning on taking biology and Geography as a level. However I am unable to take a second science what best subject is to take as a third to make up for that. I will make sure I hit top grades as biology and geography are my strong points.

This. Math is very useful preparation for any scientific degree, be it in the Bioscience or not. The combination of Biology/Geography/Maths would be suitable for most Earth Sciences or Organismal/Ecosystem Biology courses - including for example, Marine Biology or Oceanography specifically as related to your interests.
