1. mr T 999 still hasn't learnt how to spell defence

2. "Each fiscal year, the Secretary of State shall be able to utilize additional funds from the International Development budget not exceeding 50% of the total budget for that department to fulfill the obligations of this Act. "

Seeing that then it might be better if the clause is repealed instead of amended. mr T 999

Perhaps it might be better to recognise the difference between legislation that belongs to us and legislation sponsored by us...

1. Thank you for your kind and flattering description

2. I was about to write A200, but QuamQuam beat me to it.

3. I have another one in the pipeline

4. The reason that you're not reading it now is due to the fact that I do have something that can resemble a life. Very occasionally, that results in me being busy.

As the member who studied for a degree, wrote a 13000 story, and had a social life with friends, claiming to be busy in real life is an excuse for not wanting to do things.
