Getting to do medicine at university is extremely competitive but with those grades, you could get into similar degrees so don't be too disheartened. Having an open mindset and the drive to success will get you to places.

You are only eligible for plymouth, exeter, cambridge and maybe newcastle/durham. The rest of the medical schools you would get a straight rejection without them looking at anything else.
Some unis may allow you to re-sit GCSE's like bristol (which allow you to re sit 1 subject). Maths is the issue here, most unis require at least a 6/7. But even then, bristol score GCSES in their selection process and most candidates have mostly A/A*s.
My advice would be:
1) find out the GCSE re sit unis, if any
2) consider those 4 unis i have mentioned
3) if it don't work out, do an alternative degree and look to apply to medicine after as a graduate
4) Or go abroad and do medicine (beware of the effects of brexit though)
