Are my GCSEs good enough for Oxbridge??! URGENT! i got ONE A!

so I got 27 A*s but I got 1A? and now I'm worried my oxbridge dreams have been shattered??? and I know A levels hardly matter with oxford, so should I just give up on my dreams now, and become a mongolian chicken farmer? really in need of urgent advice, thank you!!!

best universities like oxford and cambridge ask for 5 a*- a and 8 c- a* so your dreams are not shattered i guess you smashed it just think about your a levels now

I can't believe you would even consider applying with an A?? You should definitely give up on your dreams, that's not good enough at all.

Sorry u might as well give up ur dreams and career options because u need 28 A*'s to get into a decent uni
Don't worry, i heard that u need 27 A*'s to go and work in McDonalds tho so u can still get a job!

Only taken 28 GCSEs? Wow slacker much! I think you need to have more variety in your options rather than focusing on a small number of subjects. Oxbridge requires GCSEs in at least 45 subjects.

Dude give up now, you have no chance! The average is way over 30 A*s, but idk maybe you could redeem yourself with 30A*s at A level?

Dude you are in big trouble, Oxbridge asks for 30A*s and plus they need your blood to be blood type B!

I don't know why people find this sort of mocking funny, I mean not everyone gets 11 a*s. its an actual worry when one only gets a few.
