How hard is it to average around 90% in ums in each unit in maths and science?

Just curious. I finished GCSEs.
I averaged 90% in AS and A2 maths. Just do lots of past papers and make sure you understand the content in its entire.
Depends. For A Level Maths it's not too hard, but Further Maths is quite a step up. For sciences it is much harder due to ambiguity in the questions and the fact it is harder to predict where marks will come from - you can easily get all the right science yet drop two or three out of six marks.

Harder in Science tbh. I got 98.5% in Further Maths, 97.8% in Maths, but just under 90% in Physics, scraping the A* (slightly below 90 at AS, slightly above at A2). The more resources available, the better, when you want to get marks this high it's all about past paper practice and seeing a lot of questions and their mark schemes.
