most business economics courses indicate that if you'd like to study economics but don't want a high math content then it's a good course for you. So essentially it's an economics course but not so math orientated. Business management teaches you the fundamentals of business from accounting to marketing to operations. So I'd say that business economics is a lot more analytical than management. Honestly it depends where your skills lie. Look into the courses you're interested in and look at the different modules.
