the 5 in Lang will hold you back from a fair few universities i believe. I maybe wrong.

Yes your GCSE are very good. as long as you have good UKCAT and AS grades then no one really cares about GCSE (as long as you have B equivalent in math and english)

Leicester and Nottingham also score you based on your GCSEs. There may be others that use it in the pre-interview scoring process, but I don't know them off the top of my head.
