Can i grow taller after 16?

I'm a 5'1 male dwarf just 16 years old and lacking a quality beard. All my classmates are bloody 6 feet minimum and with big builds while im not only short but look like a kid too. I began puberty at 12 and grew only 6 inches in 4 years. my brothers are all 5'8-5'11 and so is my father. is there any way for me to get taller in two years since I'll be going to university and I'll look so young I'm scared. I do no sports at all (no one to play with, school doesn't have sports from April-October because the weather is so god damn hot.)
I have 0 physical activity as I just study or use the computer all day long. Please help with any tips or experience. I'm desperate.

umm. imagine being in grade 11-12 with 16-17 year old teens and there's one guy in your class who's 10 years old. now imagine the same situation in university. and in a job.

if you'd ever been short you'd know what a hell it is. everyone picks on you by default. none takes you seriously. everyone treats you like a kid.
Just because other people have a problem with you why do you have to care.
You're alive, hopefully.
Got food on the table.
A house.
Perhaps friends and family.
What else could you ask for.

being alive isn't worth **** if you are unhappy and depressed all the time because your confidence is shattered everytime you try to make a serious point but everyone ignores you. its worse than being ugly and rude. you'll never know.
Yeah boys have a chance of growing until 18 and even up to 21 sometimes, it's more dependent on the individual so you don't really have a way to know. I'd say getting into sport would be the first course of action (this is coming from someone who also spends the day studying or using the computer!). Sports that you can do by yourself which would be good for increasing height are cycling, swimming and running. Going to the gym could help and is generally pretty cheap. Sleep and eat well (this is important and society romanticising a lack of sleep is super dangerous!)

Actually, do all that anyway, not even to make you grow but because sitting down all day at a computer is terrible for your body. You will thank yourself as an old man, while everyone else has back issues because they've spent their lives in an office hunched over a monitor you'll still be pretty fit and healthy.
Do you know the growth patterns of your brothers/dad?
It's possible you may get another growth spurt, but we can't tell.

Do you have any medical problems that your brothers don't have?

Or maybe you have a poor diet. You should visit a doctor.

Yes things could of been better, you could of been blessed with genetics but why waste your time on something you simply cant change like height and worry about your academic worth, athletic ability or even just a hobby.
YOU DONT NEED TO SOCIALISE TO HAVE A LIFE>

Simple terms. Things bad outnumber > good. But,,,, s cde.... could or should or maybe an option.

Come at me bro.
I've seen worse...
You're too self centred to understand what you got.

HEAVEN AND HELL knows, they don't exist.
This is all a pointless farce and you know what, your parents were selfish enough to let you be born, still deal with it the best way you can.
DO you want to stay sad and ungrateful for the rest of your life or do you want to be sad and angry about things in the future.

yeah yeah that's all easy to say when you don't even know what I go through each day. the truth is, you just saw too many movies and now think everything works the same way. it doesn't.

Give me your life story then, if you want me to deal with you as an individual you gotta invite me in.

your generalising my opinions but they are legitimate nevertheless.

I'm not in the mood to start an online war with some random dumbass. go to sleep
I'm 5'9, my dad is 6'0 and the majority of my cousins are 6'0+.
Yes, I sit on a computer and do nothing all day.

I suggest you do sports and eat healthy before your growth plates close.
Don't give me **** when you stay the same height, im giving you actual help unlike these salesmen of hope and fantasy.
Growth hormone could work if your bones haven't fused. Best advice would be to visit a doctor because there's a big difference from your other male family members... Or you may be expecting a growth spurt. Some boys grow until they're 18-21.
Not unless you have a really late growth spurt, which is rare.

men stop growing at about 18 a d women at 21 I'm 5ft 1 also and 25 so I only have a chance of shrinking now ah. my nan was taller than me but as she has aged she is 4ft 9 so looks like I am just going to get smaller. I like it though me and I can buy kiss clothes which are always cheaper and can be more mischevious but still be cute about it z
Yes you will likely grow more after 16.

Are you likely to be 6ft - no

Well many things contribute to height.

First off Genes (are your parents tall?).

Second childhood environment/activities (say you are part of the basketball team, your body will adapt by growing higher as you age so that you are able to survive better).

Third your diet/consumption will affect how well your body grows (less food, less growth or as my mum says to my brother if you don't drink enough milk you won't grow).

Fourth how you spend your day (exercising tends to be the best solution for better growth as your muscles enlarge as they rip and rebuild. You can pick up martial arts if you wish to have useful muscles).

Fifth how much sleep you get (your body restores itself from the days labour within your sleeping period. If you lack sleep it's only natural for you to feel sluggish.)

Since you are already 16, I'd focus on your diet and daily exercise. Plus make sure you get enough sleep everyday (at least 7 hours) as that is the period within which your body restores and improves itself from the days labour.

(Mind you, this is just my personal opinion on the height matter. I could be wrong, as much as i could be right)
