Spirited Away

Animation wise it was fantastic but I found the story really dull and dragged out.

Every animated movie ever made - to be frank, I would prefer to spend the time in a hot tub full of fermented fish guts.

At the time High School musical. I swear Frozen has got nothing. Compared to how often and long that breaking free song. Would either play on the bus to and from work or be sung by other people in the same class as me.

All Ice age and Pirates of the Caribbean sequels.

The entire Shrek series. I think they are alright but not as funny as most people I know seem too.

I haven't seen most of the Marvel films, but they seem generally overhyped. Didn't think the first Avengers was all that great, Age of Ultron was mediocre at best, and Guardians of the Galaxy, well, I didn't see it all, but it seemed to have little value in the dramatic department and I didn't find it particularly funny either. Thought Iron Man 3 was crap but then a lot of people didn't like that one. I tried to watch The Godfather once and just got bored. Brokeback Mountain was rather boring to be honest. Avatar, while technically astonishing, has a very simple and derivative plot and not much in the way of good characters. Mr. Turner was dull as ditchwater. The Desolation of Smaug was utter garbage. Five Armies was even more disgusting. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 was a poor adaptation practically doomed to failure by its structure. I could go on..

The Breakfast Club, sorry but I watched it and it was an actual waste of my time. All the characters annoyed me.

Being John Malkovich

Adaptation

The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou

The Royal Tenenbaums

There's something very smug and self-satisfied about all of them.

Inception... and all Christopher Nolan films, barring Dunkirk which I haven't seen yet. And then Star Wars!

It is not overrated at all -- I think the IMDB rating of 2/10 is perfectly accurate.

Under The Skin - the ultimate overrated film ever imo
Pulp Fiction
The Godfather
There Will Be Blood
Blade Runner
Flash Gordon (I know it was meant to be fun and cheesy but I couldn't find anything loveable about it)
Fantastic Beasts
It Follows
Labyrinth
