What do you think of Night Shift jobs???

I'm considering doing a Night Shift job at a Warehouse (10 pm - 6 am).

Would you ever do a Night Shift job?
Are Night shift jobs bad for the health?

Ive done nights and it depends on your shift pattern how hard it is. If you can do consecutive days, its not too bad, i.e. Mon-Fri would be fine, but if your shifts are Mon-Tues and Thu-Sat its much harder. Once you develop a sleep pattern it becomes a lot easier, so having non consecutive days can really be a pain because it ruins your sleep pattern.

Overall its not terrible, but only really worth it if theres a decent premium involved.

I've done a night shift job. It was terrible and I hated it. Hope this helps:smile:
I'm a night owl but would only do it if the pay was good.
idea for night people, insomniac etc

what does the Warehouse job role include?
