Ukcat score
I did my UKCAT today and got an average score of 685 which is okay but I got band 3 in SJ.. How much will this impact my chances of offers, especially in London unis? (not the BMAT ones)

To be honest your SJT shouldn't be much of a problem as most unis ignore it unless a tie breaking situation comes up. Just be wary though as some unis to reject you straight away if you are in band 4 or 3...so do your research and make sure you don't apply to these ones as it'll be a wasted application!
