I wasn't motivated to work hard last year but this year, I really want to work hard but I'm concerning about movtivaton.
Are there other ways to be motivated? Does keeping yourself busy motivate you?
Thanks for this.

I guess motivation is like a battery, if you drain it at the start, you'll have very little power left. So basically, when you're really motivated, do the tasks that you find the hardest or the ones you know you'd struggle with if you had little motivation (they might be boring/tedious or just challenging) and the opposite when you're feeling a little less motivated (this is something not too taxing, like tidying up a bit or moving something you were asked to).

This way you're using your time the best you can and rather than trying to work at 100% constantly, you are varying your tasks to suit the level of energy you have. This also means that when you come to studying, you have the energy and motivation to do so.

Hope this helps but anymore questions just ask
