Hi
I'v just seen the form that has been released and it says that the deadline is friday 10th November.
Does this mean the UCAS application is handed in separately to this form and you have a longer time to complete this?
can someone explain to me how it works.

Hi, I'm assuming you're referring to the non-academic form for medicine? If so then yes the deadlines are separate but you do have to submit both by their respective deadlines. If I'm not wrong the form serves as an alternative personal statement.
