Late Application: Still possible to get loan for 17/18?

I have just submitted my application online and will be sending off supporting documents Monday morning.

Will I be able to secure a loan for the 17/18 year?
Can I start my course in October if the loan hasn't been approved?

You might not get your loan through in time for your first term so you'll need to arrange alternative funding for your living costs.

Let your university know asap that you've applied late. They'll usually be happy to wait until your tuition loan comes through to them.
