If it fits through the door then yes, nobody is going to come and kick you out because of it.

Just be careful not to bang it into the doors and walls and mark them. Also it mustnt be obstructive in your room or the cleaners might get annoyed with you, but I'm sure if you store it neatly and carefully it'll be fine. Not masses of space in a uni room though so might be worth investing in a good padlock and finding a bike shed.

If you're living on campus, there are loads of bike racks outside your building, so there's really no need!

If it's a folding bike then it's probably fine
