Changes in my application

I had to make changes to my application as I have moved from a dual honors course to a single honors course. I had already returned my declaration form before I found out that my course change had been approved and so was wondering if I need to return a second declaration form with the changes.

You wouldn't need to send us another declaration form. It was just for you to accept the terms and conditions of your funding and not related to your course, University details or amounts awarded.
