Poor network coverage?

Go to your network settings and change your network mode to 'gsm only'. Solves it every time.

Good suggestion. Just don't do this on Three or they will cut you off.

Can anyone help with this? It's happened once before, basically people are telling me they've text me or called me and i havent got them. They said when they tried to call it says 'this phone is currently unavailable', even though its switched on! I know there may be an obvious solution to this, but i have absolutely no idea what to do and its driving me mad, any help would be great

This is what happened to meee.....heh..my driving instructer was about to drive off saying she had texted me and i said i never recieved it basically my phone must've been droppped because when i took out the sim and put it back in it was working but my phone came up with soo many missed calls and texts loll

I don't know if you still need the help but ive just rang my network and they told me it was because i was a few days behind. they told me to go to network settings and services click manual roam, search for other networks click on a network that wasnt mine it then comes up with registering obviously wont work due to different sim and should bounce you back to your orginal network upadating you in the process (if not just reselect you original network). ive jus done it now and ive received my texts from last few days which is good.

hope that helps

I called my mobile operator. I had put a bar on receiving calls on by mistake. They lifted the bar and calls worked.
