Personally I think engineering is harder, there's just so much problem solving and complicated concepts, would never be able to get my head around it

They're both really difficult in different way I think
Hard to compare since you wont find many people who have done both.

engineering obviously. Much more conceptual and analytical thinking. medical is more of mugging up knowledge rather than understanding
