I am currently taking Chemistry, Biology and geography and was wondering if I had to take maths as well to get into a geology/earth science career. I got a 7 (A) in GCSE.

You should check on universities' websites the entry requirements in geology. They generally mention the preferred A-levels subjects.

The only exception (as far as I know) is if you wanted to apply for Earth Science at Oxford, they require A2 Maths + either A2 Physics or A2 Chemistry.
